It was interesting to discover my efficiency in technology through the test, and how much I thought I would know that I really did not. I noticed the tests were based a lot on the technical aspects of technology for instance the use of word processing, excel and such. Much of the reason why technology is often misunderstood in the schools as was talked about in the chapter. However on the contrary I think it is important for teachers and educators to become more familiar with technological tools to assist teaching strategies and methods. The issue is really that many teachers today are still very much instilled in the ways of the past, and have not learned to embrace new ways to aid learning and getting children to genuinely understand the ideals and information they are aiming to get across to them. The way I see it is that technology has come such a long way and has helped in more ways than we can count outside of the classroom, why shouldn't it be just as much help inside the classroom? In order for that to be effective however, we as the teachers have to do our part in becoming efficient in the use of these technological possible aspects to learning.

Reponse to Survey
I thought the resultls of the survey were exactly what was expected. With these three tools, we still have access to the other options that could impact our lives as well that were listed in the survey. I am both excited and hesitant about the future of technology for our world. I simply hope to learn ways to better the learning process, in a more impacting fashion, rather than hinder learning through technology, even in my studio classroom.
